On June 20, 2008, the Company completed an Asset and Stock Purchase with Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. (the "Agreement"). the Company sold substantially all of the assets of Enviro-Safe and 100% of the capital stock of Enviro-Safe (NE). Triumvirate assumed responsibility for certain designated liabilities of Enviro-Saf


I am still confused. how could a shell offer a .07 divi? 3-5% is the norm on divi'S(?) so what a buck - a buck forty? LOL
