Keeping on spinning mas. This restructuring just shows how
bad things are at AMD.

This is the corporate equivalent of someone with a gambling
problem falling far behind on their mortgage payments and
selling their house to someone who agrees to rent it to them
so they don't have to move. They might end up with some free
cash when the deal is done but they are nevertheless in a
much weaker financial position overall having disposed of
their major asset.
