I spoke to Mark F the other day, and he told me that there will be plenty of news coming out in the near future--before next year.

He said to hold on. I suspect this means that we will be getting one or more announcement about the audit--the actually release thereof in one, two or three separate installments. I suspect some major improvements on MMA and the announcement of some other JVs, hopefully something meaningful and money generating, for a change. I suspect a PR with some other major content provider and the addition of hundreds of qualilty films.

But he said this year; not next.

He also took responsibility for some shortcomings and failures to meet certain deadlines, and said he wasn't happy with the way some of our partners made us look bad. He took certain things for granted that he should not have. From all I can gather, he is a straight shooter.
