NJCharmer, this is what I put in a post last week after I had spoke to Steve. XND will have to walk away eventually. He was trying to use the fact that they have not lived up to their agreement to his benefit to possibly gain more control over NUBV and the water, however Ron does not want him back in that position.

That is why he is trying to get the water out NOW. I can't stress that enough. I find it very frustrating that everyone has been focused on getting answers from Ron and KJ. Call Steve. He is at the office. He will tell you what is going on.

I can't do this alone. If enough people take the time out and contact him, you will find out more about what is going on and who really has control. The only control he has is to take the patent and move on. Period.
