No, it would reset in certain circumstances but not in this one in my mind at this point. So if we get a big white stick here, something else/more is going on.

Right ... top grind is typical. One usually gets a initial sell off which we had. A retest of the highs or slightly higher high which could carry to the close to make a new (marginal) closing high for the move. And then a bigger sell off to follow with a lower low.
