My conversation was limited to government receipts not the budget. There's no question the spending side is out of whack but it would be extremely naive to think one part is responsible for it. The Dems had no problem throwing an extra $170 billion on George's budget just last friday.

Our main problem right now is our Balance of payments, and that's you and I and what we send overseas daily.
