DNDN – The Provenge HR at the interim look is 1.25 (0.80 when expressed as a reciprocal) and the trial will proceed to the final analysis at 304 events.

I seem to recall there was someone who stated that the true underlying HR of Provenge in this patient pool was about 1.25.
