I agree, negativity in the manner of calling the new company a scam would be backwards logic - I believe the point of the new company is to acquire all of the assets of MNTY in order to reduce the losses that MNTY shareholders have endured, and offer them a chance to either get out or stay in and see what comes.

Not saying for sure, this is just my opinion, but I just dont think being extremely negative is going to help anybody in either stock.
