The people buying are averaging down hoping for a spike to get out. Some of the bagholders will recoup some of thier losses.

Perhaps there will be a spike on some phony sale of Atoll to some other shell. Of course the sale will be for stock in the other shell, not money.

Perhaps we will see a Lebed pump and dump. Of course the last time they did that, the target stock was sub penny and shot up to 0.025 for a day.

For the people who mistakenly believe this POS is holding it's value.... explain all the 100 share trades at 0.09 while the lows keep getting lower.
