Amitelo Communications (fka ALOC)

I'm starting this board so we can discuss Amitelo Communications (ALOC) and maybe generate a bit of buzz about it.

It has a very low float, as near as I can tell, of about 30 million shares, with 20 million shares owned by insiders:

Since ALOC is on the pinks, they are not reporting, and I have not been able to confirm the float or OS. In a conversation with ALOC's CEO, Khaled Akid, he indicated that they were going to file to get off the pinks later this year.
