They filed to increase the authrorized shares 50% to 15 billion shares because apparently it was needed for the stemtronix thing. They are almost at 10 billion shares already, and it looks like the 5 billion will just be issued for the stem deal.....more dilution.
They you can bet the second reverse split of 2008 will happen so they can continue to dump dilutive shares......getting no bid so often is probably already tempting them to reverse split sooner.
