There is always hope!! I would also add that the pps was

bouncing between .0006-.0009 before any good news came out

last year. I know! Many times since then over the last year,

I kicked myself for not buying more at those/these current

prices. With all that said, and with possible financing

coming to close current deals, add more deals and get rid of

Cornell. Now is the time!! Don't kick yourselves later!

I pushed the PPS up from .0005 to .0007 an hour before close

today on a $35 trade
