No greygoast, legitimate companies actually pay hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars to buy the land that they do exploration work on, it's not just a pure claim lease for a few thousands. That way when they attach a value to the land after drilling, exploration it actually means something. When you are just leasing the land then attaching a $600 million dollar value to it doesn't mean that is how much you are worth, the lease is not worth $600 million.
