That's the safest bet. The trading of this stock has been subject to many MM manipulation tactics.

My deleted post was eluding to the behviour of MMs. Specifically, a previous poster asserted here that MMs do nothing more than actuate and effect orders placed by their clients. This, based on his "personal contact" with MMs

I too have personal contact with an employee of a market maker and I am given information based on conditions of non-disclosure. I cannot metion the name, nor the company, less I be sued. Thats fine by me. I know that Mms never use the same tactic sequentially, as that leads to easy detection.

So I happend to know that MMs do way more than just place orders. Knight Equity is a HUGE HUGE offender with Front-running as their premiere tactic perhaps second only to NSS. They have done the math. Paid lots of money in fines which adds up to a fraction of a percentage of the money they make fleecing the retail market. As long as they pay the fines and lawsuits, Regulators are satisfied, and they in turn tell us, that the punishment is handed out and the market is regulated and all that fluffy good sutff is working just fine and that if we are constantly losing money, its because we made poor choices ... after all, the market can run itself yes?

The regulators wonder: Why can't we just accept our place ??To feed the money into the system and just wave it good-bye?
