Basically as a CEO of a public company, if I continue to post on any internet public medium, XXXX assumes a large risk and potential liability (s). One that I don?t think any of the investors, management or the directors of XXXX want to assume. We live in a lawsuit crazy and overly regulated world, the SEC attorney has advised us that continue internet posting is not in XXXX or our shareholders best interest for myself or Craig Trieber (TUL13) to continue posting.
