You got it, we have seen this same scenario repeat over and over for over 3 months now, but yet some people still deny that manipulation is happening and is the cause for the PPS decline. It's outright theft with the police (SEC/NASD) just watching it happen and doing nothing about it. They've been notified multiple times by multiple share holders, who knows if their actually investigating the issue, it's pretty black and white whats happening.
