There are networks that have this sort of thing and they are getting quite affordable, a bit on the outlandish side for a chat site.

Point is the current methods and secret decoder rings, are not quite working.

If there are multiple people getting nailed through the current methods...then there are possibly many not getting caught?

Just tossing around ideas.
