Or... if you are REALLY clever and have the dedication (not even sure if it can be done in a sane fashion), subtract out the Gann supports from the PPS and see if you can apply a perturbation theory. You may find critical values indicating breakdown/breakout conditions such as a exponent or other critical phenomena. If you can perform local expansion around points in the renormalized PPS, you can (in theory) derive the locally valid perturbation expansion and see the underlying dynamics of the chart; and hence market.

Currently there's not many papers in the lit on this top since it's inherently numerical. Could be a cool project.
