I considered it a nuisance when Ameritrade made me call in buy orders for XXIS, but for Scottrade to disallow purchases? I understand there are many other pinks which are experiencing the same phenomenon.

Still, I would find another broker. That is just a garbage policy, and since Scott has a cheap rate, it may be the company of choice of many wanting to purchase pinks.
