Basically another company comes in and buys out the company for a predetermined amount of money.

The shareholders then get cash for their shares once the buyout takes place. I have no idea what we are valued at other than I know it will be a lot higher than triple zero's.
Could be pennies or even Dollars with 81 Billion Dollars worth of Gold???

I was involved with another buyout that never materialized. Still made a ton of money on the run though!
