The same thing happened with Global Triad predicting huge growth coming and tremendous projections while cranking out tens of millions of shares in dilution and then it all went under since it was all fluff.

I have heard he has done it before, but didn't bother to go back and look. I fortunately got out with a small loss as I guessed the dilution was happening and exited before the collapse.
