What if they are building a sled like this one
and in the middle on the stationary spindle they place a carousel like this one (the one without the arrow)
and there was a buoy attached to one end of the orange cable,
and the other end was attached to a device on the sled?
I wonder if the buoy and cable would unwind from the carousel
when the buoy was released?
