I have already given my opinion on AH and HFBV. W/o saying a whole lot, these things are dynamic, and it is difficult to say exactly. I'm actually equally interested in where the 12M+ failures to deliver came from last spring. I supposed I should have asked the brokers about that when I had inquired about the AH. This is a tough business. The SEC has allowed too many other factors into the equation. Some of which are hidden and unethical IMO. Maybe those in power will clean up some of the mess. If they do not, I might eventually write some letters, because it has become a personal matter. The SEC needs to be more strict on the companies and on the institutions controlling the stocks and some people who got multi $M bonuses should be locked up.
