Hey MT,

I went with a short call spread here,

Sold XLU $35/CALLS
Buy XLU $36/CALLS

Derivative PPS = $0.27

Break Even PPS = $34.73 (or lower)

Just wanted to take some of the risk away by hedging my bets. I will probably do more of this in the last quarter of 2008.
