Thanx for the suggestion but 1-3 days before publication might only be useful if I were a Short also. Now, if I could get that data 1-3 days after the fact, it'd be helpful in explaining to the board if/when we've been raided and to what extent, etc.

Regarding that cert. call: I will never do that again, myself. In my case, with HMGP, I found myself with a certificate that no brokers (even the issuing one) wanted to touch (because of the DTCC issue). All the while, the stock kept plumetting. I lost my tail on HMGP because of it.

In regards to the GRGR CEO requesting investors to get their certs, it sounds like it caused a short-squeeze, and once the pps went up, the CEO was able to dilute at a much higher price, since no one could quickly/easily bail and get their own money back out.
