Hmmmmmm......me thinks with the seizure of Wamu despite it not being in default, the socialist government is having a field day.

Question is are they going to violate the 2nd amendment with only big firms or small firms too? If small firms, time to reload FED, DSL puts ????? Or are they too small for the Feds to care?

FED & DSL underwent a short squeeze to boot. Me thinks it may be time to short 'em again via PUTS (the only way you can right now anyway). Me check out the premiums tomorrow. Dem two Southern California banks were in far worse shape than Wamu last I checked.
