I'm very bearish. I think we could see a short term pop, but I'm even doubtful of that. Too many people are against the bailout for congress to act on it.

It doesn't even seem to have been explained properly to the president or congress let alone to the people. Congress would be nuts to jump into this now during the election.

How can they explain to their constituents that we need to give money to the rich, again? I just don't see it happening this time...

Even if it is needed they have not explained it properly. And it sounds too much like the line on weapons of mass destruction all over again... Just trust me... won't play at home, anymore no way.
