LM: Short interest data is stale by two weeks when disseminated by the official OTC Bulletin Board. All other sources gather their short interest data from the OTC-BB. Chart below displays schedule of short interest reporting. For example, the short interest published on September 25th reflects two weeks of trading with last trade date of September 10th.
