MNTA: The clock starts. The clock also finishes in 180 days unless MNTA both gets an approval and decides to launch before the full 180 by cutting a deal with Amphastar or having the FDA declare Amphastar's application dead. This is unlikely (an early launch) since an approval is not expected before January, well into the 180.
On another note, expect the stock to move by January due to a pending approval/non-approval decision on a potential blockbuster Lovenox generic.
