In addition to your post, the integration agreement clearly targets the entire "Bloomberg Professional Service" subscriber community as stated by the announcement given by Spooz.

"The product is available to Bloomberg Professional ® service subscribers."

This statement is explicitly states the intent and Bloomberg is clearly attempting to tap into their customer base with a valuable product offering...enter STv2 and Spooz. They won't be able to get every single Professional Service subscriber, but even a small percentage of the 250,000+ customers will mean big money for Spooz.
