cryocath and cryocor

Thanks for rubbing in the news that is certainly good for current shareholders of Cryocath, not so good for former holders. I was able to sell for a nice profit, but lost my way trying to figure out which one of these two companies was going to win the legal and commercial higher ground. As it turns out, there was perhaps nothing to figure out, as they have settled their differences (see PR issued earlier today). So now the only question is whether there is enough room for two players in this space---Cryocath now bought by Medtronic and CryoCor, recently bought by Boston Scientific.

Question for the moderator: Does this sale at nearly 2X premium belong on the list of biotech companies bought at a premium?
