Ah good job big this is exactly what I was looking for but been too busy to find it.. that price change been bugging me since new loan announced..

So we see a pattern... pope does business with 20-30% discount,, now you know why hedge funds like to play in the loan business.. That is; the first offering was when pps was at .40, contract was written for .32 and .25.. when the new contract was written PPS average was .30. pope picked up on the down price as well by insisting the previous price change too.. Got to love doing business with hedge funds eh.. 'Hedge', check the Webster's meaning for that answer..

apparently,, as the company wanted this last loan back in 07,, pope was not going to bite.. for a higher PPS warrant.. and as we saw,, PPS never jumped back to the .40 range either...

So, negotiations continued until time ran out, GNPH took the best deal they could get,, In a market where loans have been the highest troubled for some time.. and there ya go..

Business wise, splains it all to me, nothing new ..

maybe, just maybe with all the financial drama going on in the world, Feds will step in on deals like these too, and put a stop to the massive swings our hedge funds are getting..

From manipulation as it's currently rumored, hedge fund shorting, in all companies, to loan contracts not much different than street money..

In the mean time, this type of hedge funding is status quo.. Especially for up and coming China companies in our market.. that is, hedge funding is about the only place you can get major money of 30-40-100 million in foreign companies currently..

Did pope dump? answer is not in 'yet'

regardless I still say it anit gonna stop this train from rolling hard and screaming fast to the NASDAQ!!!

Lets go!

I don't have a humble opinion!
