I think I and others appreciated your effort although personally I would have made a bunch more phone calls before posting that view as it could have been greatly misinterpreted or insinuated that the employee you spoke to was in a position of authority that governed the SPZI contract. Such was not the case.
I saw it as you going to the Sears clothing section to ask the employee of that section when your car was going to be ready that you had dropped off in the Sears automotive section. No matter how many different employees in the clothing section you would have asked, you would have gotten zero answers.
Bloomberg is a very large organization and most of the time, unless you know exactly where to go, you probably could have made 50 phone calls before you "might" have even gotten to someone who had even heard of SPZI so I do understand why you called the company. I have seen info of a lesser amount of importance cause a panic selloff for the wrong reasons. I’m just glad that the correct info was brought out for all to verify the legitimacy of the Bloomberg contract.
