In fact, the attorney's fees have been negotiated downward as a result of the settlements with Hallwood and Quicksilver.

The original fee was 33% but Blast management has gotten a concession from the attorneys that the ENTIRE fees for all of the settlements are to be set at 28%. Subject to Court approval...but that shouldn't be a problem considering the wider picture.

These fees will be paid on a percentage pro rata basis over the next 24mos as those extended settlement payments are made by Hallwood and Quicksilver.
