I hear ya Traderfan. But this is where risk comes in. You now know for certain that a deal has been struck. So what do we do? Do we sit around and keep asking why we don't see an "official" PR? Or do we now trust our DD and buy as much SPZI as our risk tollerance will allow us?

The #'s you and other look for will eventually come out whether we get the PR so many want to see or not. The next financial statement should come around 11/15/08 (45 days after the 3rd Quarter ends). Wouldn't it be best to have your shares stashed away by the time those #'s come out?

Basically, I'm saying that shares of SPZI are "on sale" right now. Let's get them while there hot!
