I think it is quite possiable with Don purchasing shares he could bring CTGI to a higher exchange and IPO LTC later after the market settles and what is going on in congress is settled. It will be awhile before money is in the market again with the way market makers have fleesed the public. It will be a long time before the average joe puts money back in the market. With what we are putting up with in the market today is what needs to be fixed. I wrote my congressman about it and asked him to be sure naked shorting be part of the bill. He emailed me back. So I'm sure a lot of them are hearing from the people. And if they are like my son they want Wall Street to take a hit as well as sending them to jail and on an election year they are very careful who's fethers they ruffle.
