The news on the SPZI site is Paul's way of letting the shareholders know what is going on. Despite what some people may say, he does care about his shareholders, and he wants to let them know what is going on.

Bloomberg is a huge and powerful company, they will control the timing of the official PR. And they will also have editorial control.
