The only question on this I have or wonder, does the conversion price change from day to day on release of shares, or is there a fixed price when conversion is requested, but due to the 4.99% anti-dilution clause, only so many shares get released to satisfy the 4.99% holding allowance? If its the second, then we have a lot of debt being paid off here.
