Ungagged t/a would increase investor confidence if the o/s could be tracked and make it obvious that the excessive shares being sold is NOT from the o/s..but criminal activity!..Then People could be more sure they are buying into a stable O/s and Not Dilution...

Ungagging the T/A and paying for a service..even for just 6 months...might reveal a lot..imo
