my feeling is that the current push to fab the carousels is directly related to the support of the recent Press Release,
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?Message_id=32067299&txt2find=sdb, with it's delivery in October. one could say, why not crate the Leads, but by mounting them on the carousels they could more easily be transferred onto the Subsea Deployment Baskets
