Yes Big Mur you are so correct, even I got caught up in that Hemi cert drive at the time, not fully understanding what else was behind the purpose and motives of such a drive.

In addition to the other point being discussed about the Hemi T-trade activity and since the new position of short trading effective 09/18/08 as outlined by the SEC.

If there are trading games on going behind the scenes of Hemi then that e-mail that I posted, to me from KA, last week is very clear and very correct to the proper actions that Hemi will follow up with and the enforcement that Hemi can demand. And IMO any and all parties deserve whatever consequences that may come from such actions.

Again, if this is the case, I am floored that any outfit would allow such trading tactics to be utilized given the very recent scrutiny that has now been put enforce by the SEC.
