i agree on some points, but he also knew that his shareholders were getting impatient, hence the 1:30 am pr, probably right when he had decided on the bidder, working late night. He knows we're impatient, i personally am not, with no dilution i can wait a long time even with delays, as long as the pr is out this week im happy, and all companies ESPECIALLY those dealing with construction, salvage, and any type of bidding process have delays. And this is a legit pink, if youve done youre research then you know no dilution is best signal, keep learning bud, but at least you learned as much as you have about pinks thus far, you are still a newbie right?
