No, Jersey hasn't been compensated yet. Jersey hasn't even put in an expense report for the train ticket he paid for to go visit Gil. Jersey has received 2005 financial statements and what is purported to be a final 2005 Quickbooks file from the accountant, but Jersey hasn't had time to review them yet because he is in the seemingly unending process of getting his wife's house ready to be put on the market in this worst economic environment since 1929 because he can't afford to pay the mortgage any more as he waits for this to actually trade again so he can augment his catastrophic and declining cash position. Is Jersey sufficiently motivated to get this thing trading again and get these statements done? You bet your ass.
