They may be extra shares hitting the market. That is my guess too. Mur's question is pretty good, because they are psychological in their damage, since they really don't affect the closing price of a given day. But, bedwards1000, you're right in that if they are "additional" shares, they ultimately hurt the pps because the because there is apparently unlimited selling.

Here are a few things to think about when we get upset with the pps (Duelittle, I am pissed too).

1) I don't have a count (but bet Badge does) on the total number of T trades since they started. All I know is that it is a s*&%load. There is NO shareholder, restricted shares or otherwise that have that many shares to sell. Period.

2) Keith has been very upfront with us on the companies use of shares this year and OS, etc. It's pretty good information even if you don't like a gagged TA. It's been made VERY clear and specific that these T trades have nothing to do with the company. IMO, anyone still claiming the company is diluting after what's been said in PR recently is simply showing a lack intelligence and other posts should also be suspect. Sure, some CEOs lie in PRs, but if you think Hemi is lying in PRs and you continue to be invested in the stock, you've got bigger issues.

3) I spoke to Keith just a few weeks ago and asked about this. Nothing has changed. They are still not diluting. Some shares continually come off restriction but their numbers are miniscule and not likely being sold at such ridiculously low prices.

What else could these t trades be? We know it's not the company. No shareholder or groups of shareholders could possibly have enough shares to make up these T trades. Shares coming off restriction could also not do it, just by volume. What's left? Hummm. What have we seen continually with pink sheet stocks? What has been all over the news lately?

ABUSIVE NAKED SHORT SELLING. Why people seem to not grasp this is beyond me.

Keith IS NOT to blame for the abusive naked short selling....
But we should hold him accountable to to make it stop. To make it stop, while not letting his time be taken away from drilling and growing the company. We all want to judge management. But let's do it on how they resolve this issue, and not blame them for it ocurring.
