It seems to me from reviewing the past charts that it always bounces between 19 and 30ish range... Seeing as how this can not rise super high or tank super low and STAY there, isnt buying puts in the upper 30's and calls in the lower 19's the surest way to make money here? Buy options 6 months in the future.... what am I NOT seeing here?
