Well, the short answer on that is that those shareholders are by far the largest shareholder entity and have been behind the Blast/BESV company concept and bizplan for years.

In fact, Eric McAfee put up $4M cash himself in Feb08 for preferred shares (8% interest). That was in order to enable BESV to emerge from BK with 100% of the creditor debt paid and provide a $1.6M war chest for Blast to move forward with adequate liquidity to refurbish the AFJ rig, develop the satellite and remote sensing products, and press the lawsuits against Hallwood and Quicksilver. It has paid off in spades IMO.

Berg-McAfee is not an adversary of Blast nor the BESV shareholders...Those guys are looking for B-I-G growth from the company in the years to come.
