Well, this got personal in a hurry. I have been the subject of attacks on the internet ever since I started exposing fraud in penny stocks.

While it's true I was sued by the SEC for being involved with a company that got caught up in a pump and dump scheme, it's equally true the the court did not rule against me and in favor of the SEC. The rest of the reports you will find on the internet were written by Gayle Essary who worked in conjunction with the perpetrators in two of the companies I exposed in order to destroy them. They are gone and I am still here.

If anyone cares to know the truth about any of the particular allegations made by Essary, I will gladly respond. Just pm me here with some contact information and an email address. Now to business.

Since you have decided to attack me here, let's let the readers look at the reason I posted here. The company Archer is in bed with it a total scam. It is being run by and international con man (a real one). His cons have been exposed on three continents. You can read my report on that company here

I don't know if management doesn't know and is being duped or if they are in cahoots with Shayne Heffernan. Time will sort that out.
