Joelotto, I really have no idea. That question was not addressed. The fact that Mike/WEHI does dilute shares for day to day operations is not a surprise, is it? All pink sheet companies do the same thing. Many times the CEO is also the janitor. These companies definitely have money flow problems, that's why they are pink sheets. To own and operate a company is a risk. The shares purchased are also a risk. The bigger the risk - the bigger the reward. But the bottom could fall out at any moment. The share holders are aware of this. We're just hoping that our payoff is big because the risk is big. Do I trust Mike? No. I don't know him personally. The same goes for the negative posters.
