I was concerned when red made accusations that Mike Pagano was a documented criminal, so I shot an e-mail to Mike, below is his reply that also address' some other concerns also.

All of these claims are without merit. Documented Criminal, ask them to prove that. That is a total lie.

I personally own Zero shares in wehi. All of my shares were wiped out in the last R/S.

Shares are being diluted because of two factors. $300K of reaming debt we owe third parties and a Reg 504 offering which allows the company to raise up to $1,000,000.

All of this is registered with the SEC and is 100% legit.

I have personally put over $400K of my money into the company to keep it afloat and take no salary.

Investing in penny stocks is very risky, however we are doing all we can to add value for our shareholders.

One more thing. What do you think are the motives for those who spend 7 days 12 hours a day bashing a penny stock on I Hub.

That sounds like a job to me....

99% of the population are bashing the crooks on Wall St. who are about to cost the Tax Payer $850 Billion. Now that is worth bashing.

WGL has raised approx $2 Million through the stock market over the past 5 years. Even if we did it illegally which is not the case, it is hardly a number that would get anyone excited. I could request a Gov't bailout if we fail. What do you thing my chances are?

Don't take me wrong, I am just trying to bring some sense to your concerns. These people are professional bashers or hold grudges back from the old World Golf League days.

Some people can not just move on.
