Seeing GTC past performance and management perspective i sincerely doubt they will go for a buyout, hostile one might happen, but i dont see a friendly buyout as likely.

LFB deal had a ceiling in it for LFB holdings and all items and agreements, including the most recent ones are are lined towards long term appreciation, not to boost short term value.
